Service Stages

The application for a certificate of conformity of the consignment product is submitted by the importer via the Saber platform, and the required documents are attached.
Studying the application by training development division and coordinating with the Trainee to prepare the training presentation including the dates and required fees./li>
Receiving a response from the entities requesting the training, indicating acceptance or refusal the offer.
If the certificate is to be granted for a shipment, the shipment is inspected (by the approved inspectors of the Conformity Certificates Department) and samples are taken for examination and precautionary samples, if necessary.
If the product is subject to its own standard specification and can be examined, it is transferred to the relevant laboratory and the recipient of the service is obligated to pay the examination fees.
If the test results do not conform to the standard specifications of the product, The recipient of the service will be informed in writing.
If the inspection results conform to the product’s standard specifications, a certificate of conformity will be issued after the service recipient pays the fees for issuing the certificate.

(20 dinars for issuing the certificate for Jordanian products.
(5)dinars for each additional copy of Jordanian products.
(100)dinars for issuing the conformity certificate for non-Jordanian products.
(20)dinars for each additional copy for non-Jordanian products.
(10)dinars inspection fees for Jordanian or non-Jordanian products.
(10)dinars is the fee for the inspector who inspects the products, whether they are Jordanian or non-Jordanian.
(5)dinars for any amendment to the same conformity certificate issued for Jordanian products.
(10)dinars for any amendment to the same conformity certificate issued for non- Jordanian products.
