Required Documents

Establishment registration document(s) with the governmental organizations,indicating the license(s) to manufacture the products and trademarks obtaining Jordan Quality Mark.
Copy of the organizational structure of the establishment.
A copy of the management system certificates.
A copy of the management system manual for one of the acceptable management systems standards this standard(s) shall be specified in JQM instructions (Example: Quality manual according to ISO 9001:2015) in case that the establishments holds a certificate for this system.
A copy of the Job description for quality and laboratory staff.
A list of the names of quality and laboratory personnel showing what follows: Job title, academic qualifications, and Years of experience, training courses.
A copy of the internal test reports .
A copy of the external third-party test reports.
A list contains the measuring and testing equipment Used in testing, quality control and the location which the calibration performed in (internal/external) in addition to the accuracy and measurement characteristics of each Device.
A copy of the calibration procedure.
A detailed flowchart of the product manufacturing processes Pointing out all control check points.
copies of the verification and testing procedure and the quality control plan of the product.
A list of tests performed in laboratories of establishment, in addition to the test methods numbers.
A document declaring how products are coded and tracked.
A copy of the product marking/labeling.
a copy of the complaints record.
A copy of the product brochure/instruction manual.

Service Stages

Filling out the application for Jordan Quality mark, and submitting it to the department.
Reviewing the application by the department responsible personnel and performing an initial audit visit accordingly at the establishment facilities to decide if the establishment had the ability to obtain Jordan Quality mark.
signing the contracts if the initial application was approved, and providing the establishment with a copy of the signed contract, the establishment requested to provide the initial required documents along with the signed contract.
Preparing or updating the technical requirements for the products if required.
performing a technical audit at the establishment as per technical checklist requirements, Evaluating the management system if there is no management system certificate from an accredited certification body. samples shall be taken and sent to laboratories for testing, evaluation of the test results as per product specific technical requirements.
Upon completion of all requirements for issuing the certificate, a decision to grant Jordan quality mark is issued, and the Jordan quality mark certificate issued based on that, the certificate valid for three years, and for each years an annual surveillance activity shall be conducted.
If any non-compliance with the product's standard specifications is found in the sample examination results, an agreement is reached on a corrective period for addressing non-compliant situations, followed by verification of their closure.
Upon completion of all requirements for issuing the certificate, a decision to grant the certificate and label is issued for a period of two years, during which a verification process is conducted, including sampling only if necessary.

Time Required to Provide the Service :

Time Required to Provide the Service In Case that a technical requirement specific to the product is already prepared: (60) day for establishment in Jordan, (90) day for establishment outside Jordan.
If there were no technical requirements for the product: (120) day for establishment in Jordan, (150) day for establishment outside Jordan. 30 (day to issue the decision to grant the Quality Mark Certificate from the date of finishing the process.
