Poultry and its products - Chicken eggs (table eggs)
This Jordanian standard specifies the requirements for table eggs (fresh, refrigerated and preserved chicken eggs that are fit for human consumption and meet the criteria for table chicken eggs). This Jordanian standard does not cover chicken eggs prepared to be used in processing, also this Jordanian standard does not cover hardboiled eggs nor incubated chicken eggs.
